Data protection

As a rule, the use of my website does not require to provide any personal data. Should any personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) be collected on my site, this happens on voluntary basis. Without you expressing consent, this data will not be revealed to any third parties.

I inform you that any transmission of data over the internet (e.g. through communication via email) may be subject to security breaches. A gapless protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published under the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly excluded. The operators of these pages reserve the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam emails.

The following data is collected on my website:

Inventory data (e.g. names, addresses)
Contact details (e.g. email, telephone numbers)
Content data (e.g. text input)

For the following reasons the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session:

Provision of the online offer, its functions and contents
Answering contact inquiries and communication with users
Security measures
Ensuring the functionality of the website

My legitimate interest in data processing is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Contact

When you send me inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, including the IP address, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this information without your consent.

Provision of contractual services

I process inventory data (e.g., names and addresses as well as contact data of users), contract data (e.g., services used, names of contact persons, payment information) for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and services pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR. The entries marked as obligatory in online forms are required for the conclusion of the contract. The data is stored on the basis of my legitimate interests as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. A passing on of this data to third parties does not take place in principle, unless it is necessary for the pursuit of my claims or there is a legal obligation according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c GDPR. The data will be deleted after the expiry of statutory warranty and comparable obligations.

Hosting

The hosting services I use (Hover, https://www.hover.com/) serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services that I use to operate this online service.

I respectively my hosting provider collect data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Online presence in social media

I maintain online presence within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with active customers, interested parties and users and to inform them about my services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.

Google services

On the basis of my legitimate interests, I may also use the Google advertising tool Google-AdWords to promote my website. In this context I use the analysis service "Conversion-Tracking" of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". If you accessed my website via a Google ad, a cookie is stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. These so-called "conversion cookies" lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification. If you visit certain pages of my website and the cookie has not yet expired, I and Google may recognize that you as a user have clicked on one of my ads placed on Google and have been redirected to my page.

You can prevent the installation of "conversion cookies" by making the appropriate settings in your browser, such as browser settings that generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or specifically only block cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain.
